Why is Pro Gate safer than the competition? Our controls are 12V DC, making it impossible to get electrocuted; our competition uses 110V or 240V. If power is lost on a ProGate, the gate will not go down. We use 5 and 7 pin locking cables, so they can’t just be yanked out, they have to be unscrewed; which means there are no accidental gate drops with our cables. If you blow an air hose on one of our air ram systems, the gate will not slam down.
Why is ProStuff LLC better than the competition? We are the world standard, UCI chose us for many reasons. We wrote the software for the random cadence for UCI. All of our gates are calibrated to the UCI international standard which we wrote the rules for. Our lights are much brighter than the competition, we use LED lights which will last at least 100 times longer. Our systems use less power and air which saves you money. Our gates are much more consistent due to the electronic and fluid power design. Our gates last much longer because they don’t hit as hard as the competition and for this same reason young riders are not scared. The 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 + 2012 UCI World Championships, every UCI BMX SuperCross race, the 2008 Beijing Olympics, 2010 Singapore Youth Olympics and 2012 London Olympics were all run on a Pro Gate and NEVER had a failure.
